Please note that product orders will only be available for in person pick up, showing proof of ordering (“order confirmation”) at one of the adidas Runners Community Runs in New York City (for NYC merch) or Los Angeles (for LA merch) in September 2023. Dates will be announced via newsletters for each city as well as an email notification. Neither act.3 US Inc. nor adidas Runners is liable for a delay in the process. We will keep all customers updated via email communication. 

Please note that “AR NYC” merch will only be available in New York City and “AR LA” merch will only be available in Los Angeles.

There will be no on-site option for purchases.

Product that will not be claimed during one of the announced date, will be held for another 30 days until after the last announced product handout and pick up can be arranged through AR NYC/ AR LA captains & coaches as well as with act.3 US Inc. managers.

After that time frame there is no more claim to the product. Neither adidas Runners nor act.3 US Inc. are liable for products that were not picked up. 

Neither adidas Runners nor act.3 US Inc. are responsible for the state of the product or any mistakes in the prints or the sizes ordered.
